    虾饺初体验

          也不知道多久没做饭,本熊最近变得非常懒,不知道是不是冬天到了,进入冬眠期...
          昨天看到小P的空间里面美丽的虾饺,一个脑袋不清楚就冲到好又多,买了一斤鲜虾还有七七八八的配料,打算自己弄虾饺吃。sigh,一年去一次CAN,实在不够我解馋的。
          过程其实还好,没有很复杂,就是剥虾壳搞得我很疲惫。一斤虾大约三十几只,居然废掉我两个多小时。
          具体步骤如下:
    1. 肥肉一部分焯水,切碎末以备用,另一部分下油锅加植物油炸香;鲜虾去壳,一半剁碎一半留整只,加盐和料酒腌制;茭白切碎,同费肉末及碎虾仁加盐、料酒拌匀;
    2. 小麦淀粉和粟粉以2:1混合,加入开水搅拌,揉成面团(呜哇,烫死我了~~);加入炸香的猪油,继续揉成滑腻的面团;
    3. 接下来步骤同包饺子一样,要注意的就是需趁面团还未冷掉前完成,否则面团变冷饺子皮容易破。
          说起来这么简单,做起来也不复杂,而且成品味道相当美味;可惜我的面团揉得不够好,饺子皮厚过墙壁,还不是透明的,看不清楚里面美丽的虾仁,555~~下次弟弟来一定要弄出堪比餐厅的虾饺来,啊哈哈哈……
